1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the ZeroStocx algorithmic trading platform, you unconditionally agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Financial and Trading Risks

ZeroStocx provides software for algorithmic trading and market analysis. We are not a registered broker-dealer or investment advisor. All trading involves substantial financial risk. You acknowledge that:

• Past performance of any trading system or methodology is not necessarily indicative of future results.
• You may lose all or a significant portion of your capital while using autonomous trading algorithms.
• ZeroStocx is not liable for any financial losses, trading errors, software bugs, or API execution failures caused by third-party broker integrations.

3. User Obligations and KYC

You must be at least 18 years old to use ZeroStocx. You agree to provide highly accurate, government-verified KYC (Know Your Customer) information, including but not limited to your PAN and Aadhar/Passport metrics. Failing to provide accurate information may result in immediate suspension.

4. Service Availability

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, ZeroStocx does not guarantee that the platform will be operational at all times. Service may be interrupted by API rate limits, exchange downtime, or maintenance.
