  • Trading Data: Historical trade logs, order execution details, and deployed strategies.
  • Technical Data: IP addresses, browser type, and device information for security auditing.

2. Data Encryption and Storage

Your security is our institutional priority. All sensitive broker API credentials and access tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256 encryption. Our database operates on highly secure, isolated self-hosted infrastructure on Azure VMs. Data in transit is secured using TLS 1.3 protocols.

3. Privacy of Proprietary Strategies

We understand the value of algorithmic intellectual property. Your proprietary trading strategies, customized indicators, and backtesting algorithms are strictly confidential. Our platform employs Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure your strategy data is exclusively visible to your authenticated account. ZeroStocx personnel cannot and will not access or replicate your trading algorithms.

4. Data Sharing and Third Parties

We do not sell, rent, or lease your personal data. We only share data with:

  • Integrated Brokers: We securely transmit order execution requests via APIs to the brokers you have explicitly connected.
  • Analytics Providers: We use aggregated, anonymized tools (such as Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity) to monitor platform health and user experience.
  • Regulatory Authorities: We may disclose data if legally mandated by financial regulators, law enforcement, or government agencies.

5. Cookies and Tracking

We utilize essential cookies to maintain secure authenticated sessions. We also use performance cookies to understand platform usage. You may disable non-essential cookies via your browser settings, though this may impact platform performance.

6. Data Retention and Your Rights

We retain your trading logs and KYC data as legally required by financial regulations (typically up to 5 years). Under applicable data protection laws (such as the DPDP Act), you have the right to request access to your personal data, request corrections, or request deletion (subject to regulatory retention requirements).
